  • update drivers 23.06.2010:

    dm800/dm8000/dm500hd:
    - PCR fixes (i.e. fixes the dm800 HDMI connection lost problem)

    dm800
    - revert some video output code changes (this fixes the MP4 playback problem introduced with 20100528 drivers)

  • update drivers 12.06.2010:

    dm500hd:
    - improved fan speed tacho readout a bit
    - fixed broken error recovery

    dm8000
    - fixed swapped < > buttons on alternative remove control

  • update drivers 05.06.2010:

    dm800/dm8000/dm500hd:
    - fixes load averrage
    - add support for three vtuner modes, small vtuner fixes (i.e. return codes for some ioctls)

    dm8000/dm500hd:
    - deinterlacer fix

    dm500hd:
    - add lost patch for IR problems since last update
    - add error recovery for bootproblems

  • neues plugin:
    wir haben rytec epg auf unseren feeds hinzugefuegt. klickt hier fuer mehr informationen
    ihr koennt das plugin ganz einfach ueber die softwareverwaltung installieren (achtung das plugin heisst nicht rytec epg sondern enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport).
    installiert es via console mit opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport. vielleicht muesst ihr vorher auch ein "opkg update" machen.

  • dvd:
    wir haben das dvdabspielen seit der version 3.0 verbessert. nun muesste alles besser laufen.

  • neuer sambaserver 3.5.3:
    dieser sambaserver funktioniert nun auch mit windows 7.

  • skins:
    wir haben hier viele sachen geaendert. fuer die skins gibt es nun eine variable cryptinfo. in den meisten skins koennt ihr nun waehlen was ihr angezeigt
    bekommen moechtet wie z.b. satposition, kanalnummer, crypticon oder crypttext (crypticons ist in den meisten skins nicht verfuegbar). die anzeige des naechsten
    ist nur in den folgenden skins verfuegbar: newnigma2-HD/newnigma2.new/DMConcinnity-HD. wir arbeiten aber daran dieses in die meisten skins einzufuegen.
    die ganzen einstellungen koennt ihr ueber das expertenmenu machen >> drueckt die blaue taste -> newnigma2 services -> systemeinstellungen -> expertenmenu
    (danke an dr_best fuer die hilfe)

  • fixes and updates (ihr muesst die plugins installieren, die sind nicht im image enthalten):
    - kernelupdate for dreamdts (dtsdownmix)
    - added merlin epg on feed
    - added enigma2-plugin-extensions-2lang
    - added enigma2-plugin-extensions-2sub
    - added enigma2-plugin-extensions-2subconf
    - added enigma2-plugin-extensions-cccaminfo (vielleicht wird es durch die neue cryptinfo nicht mehr gebraucht)

  • multiboot:
    no support for multiboot. Not planned, not wanted.



WICHTIG

ihr koennt einfach von 3.0 via softwaremanager oder console auf 3.0.1 updaten. es koennte bei den esata festplatten zu einigen problem kommen. wir empfehlen netzwerkspeicher
oder usb-festplatten.

    You can install this plugin easily via softwaremanager (this plugin is named enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport, bot Rytec epg) or

  • dvd:
    some changes for dvdplaying made. dvd's should now work better then in 3.0.

  • new sambaserver 3.5.3:
    this version works now fine with windows 7.

  • skins:
    we have changed some things in our skins. now we have a variable cryptinfo for our skins. in most skins you can now choose
    what you want: satposition, channelnumber, crypt-icons or crypt-text (maybe crypt-icons are not avaible for all skins). next event is only available in
    newnigma2-HD/newnigma2.new/DMConcinnity-HD skins (we are working on it to put it in all skins).
    You can select all this in our expert menu >> press blue button -> newnigma2 services -> system tools -> expert menu
    (thx to dr_best for some hints and help)

  • fixes and updates (u have to install it, they are not in the image):
    - added merlin epg on feed

IMPORTANT

you can update from 3.0 to 3.0.1, no flashing needed. update via softwaremanager or console. Since the new kernel esata can cause some problems. it is better to use network attached storage or usb hdd's.

unstable wird nach einem update nicht zum release, willst du auf stable tree wechseln dann musst du das auch flashen.

Hallo, erstmal danke für eure Arbeit und mein Lieblingsimage.
Habe nach dem Update auf 3.0.1 ein Problem mit dem EPG-Refresh (mir scheint nur beim umschalten auf DVB-T). Habe das Problem auf einer 800 und einer 8000.
Problembeschreibung:
Habe das Update von 3.0 auf 3.0.1 letzte Nacht gemacht.
Bei der 800 lief es ohne Probleme.
Die 8000 installierte mit 140 Fehlern und startete danach nicht mehr.
Also schnell neu geflasht und Backup eingespielt. Was mir auffiel, war das nach dem einspielen des Backups die Tunerconfig nicht richtig zurück gespielt wurde. Habe Unicable 4Q Inverto LNB und da war der falsche (Inverto 2) ausgewählt. Schnell geändert, alles laeuft.
Zustand der Boxen heute Morgen:
DM 800 (mit DVB-T Tuner) hängt bei ca. 80% Ladebalken. Nur durch Netzstecker ziehen wiederzubeleben. Danach läuft sie (Habe EPG Refresh noch nicht wieder auf der 800 getestet).
Die 8000 (SSTS) steht und beim ersten Druck auf die Powertaste vorne geht sie erstmal aus. Beim 2. Druck auf Power bootet sie dann.
Kurzer Test: scheint alles zu funktionieren, aber kein EPG der Sender vorhanden.
Also kurz den EPGRefresh im Plugin Menu ausgewählt und aktiviert. Habe dann zugesehen und beim umschalten von einem DVB-S auf einen DVB-T Kanal steht die Box wieder komplett und augenblicklich. OK wieder zweimal Power an der Box gedrückt und gebootet. Getestet manuell von DVB-S auf DVB-T umzuschalten -> Kein Problem. Den DVB-T Kanal bei dem EPGRefresh abstürzte gelöscht und EPGRefresh nochmal gestartet -> gleiches Problem (Box bleibt komplett stehen wenn EPGRefresh auf DVB-T umschaltet). Bin für alle Tips dankbar.
Crashlog hab ich leider keinen, weil die Box sofort stehen bleibt und keinen Crashlog erstellt wenn das Problem auftritt.
So bin wieder zurueck auf 3.0. Da funktioniert EPG Refresh.

wo finde ich den - kernelupdate for dreamdts (dtsdownmix) und wo schalte ich das Info von Videocontent und Videomode aus verwirrt wird Oben links am Bildschirm angezeigt )

im softwaremanager -> zeige alle pakete oder per telnet

opkg install dreamdts

vlt. musste vorher opkg update eingeben

Erstmal danke fuer eure Arbeit.
Warum hat man den feed denn nicht anders benannt?
Wenn ich jetzt mit einem 3.0 Image einen Skin mit der Box vom Feed lade bekomme ich nicht kompatible Skins angeboten. Hab mir die alten vom 3.0_old feed geholt und installiert.

Moin Picons lassen sich nicht Installieren weder in den Flash noch auf eine CF Karte mit der v3.0.0 war das noch OK großes Grinsen .

is that the correct error which is displayed ? u want to play mkv with dts ? u have to install dreamdts ..
